Laurence ("Laurey") Millspaugh, President of Buvermo since 2006, has been active in Washington commercial real estate since 1981. Prior to Buvermo, he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for both the privately held B.F. Saul Company and the publicly traded NYSE REIT Saul Centers, Inc. Before Saul, he held development and leasing positions at Buchanan Company and Henry A. Long Company. Laurey has served as Chairman of the Route 28 Landowners Commercial Tax District, on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Northern Virginia (NAIOP) and 2002 Member of the Year, on the Executive Committee for LEADER, the property owner's group that led to the formation of the Tysons-Dulles Metro-Rail Tax District and on the Board of Directors of the Ballston Partnership. He also served on a ULI Study Group for Redevelopment of Landmark Mall. Laurey received a B.S in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Darden School at University of Virginia.
Jim Lindsey, Vice President, joined Buvermo in 2011. He is responsible for sourcing new investments and takes an active role in managing the existing portfolio. Prior experience also includes positions with TA Associates Realty, JRK Property Holdings and CB Richard Ellis. He received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA with a concentration in real estate from the University of Wisconsin.
